Cheesy Sausage Nachos

Nacho Recipe Ingredients

* 3/4 pound bulk pork sausage
* 1/4 cup chopped onion
* 3 cups diced fresh tomatoes, divided
* 3/4 cup picante sauce
* 4 cups tortilla chips
* 3 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided
* 1 medium ripe avocado, diced

Nacho Recipe Directions

1. Crumble sausage into a large skillet; add onion. Cook over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain well. Add 2 cups tomatoes and picante sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes or until most of the liquid has evaporated.
2. Sprinkle tortilla chips over a 12-in. pizza pan. Top with 2 cups cheese and the sausage mixture; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with avocado and remaining tomatoes.

Nacho Recipe Ingredients

* 1 (14.5 ounce) package tortilla chips
* 2 (15 ounce) cans chili without beans
* 1 pound process American cheese, cubed
* 4 green onions, sliced
* 1 medium tomato, chopped

Nacho Recipe Directions

1. Divide chips between six plates; set aside. In a saucepan, warm chili until heated through. Meanwhile, in another saucepan, heat cheese over medium-low heat until melted, stirring frequently. Spoon chili over chips; drizzle with cheese. Sprinkle with onions and tomato.

Nacho Recipe Ingredients

* 2 cloves garlic, crushed
* 6 green onions, sliced, white parts and tops separated
* 3 tablespoons canola oil
* 1 shredded, cooked, whole chicken breast
* salt and pepper to taste
* 1 cup salsa
* 1/2 (12 ounce) package tortilla chips
* 1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar/Monterey Jack cheese blend
* 1/2 large tomato, diced

Nacho Recipe Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. In a 12 inch skillet over medium heat, cook and stir the garlic and white parts of the green onions in canola oil until tender. Mix in shredded chicken, salt and pepper. Toss until well coated with oil. Stir in the salsa.
3. Arrange tortilla chips on a large baking sheet. Spoon the chicken mixture over tortilla chips. Top with Cheddar/Monterey Jack cheese blend and tomato. Bake in the preheated oven 10 minutes, or until cheese has melted. Remove from heat and sprinkle with green onion tops before serving.

* 1 pound bulk Italian sausage
* 1 (7-1/2 ounce) bag tortilla chips
* 1 (2 ounce) package sliced pepperoni
* 1/2 pound shredded mozzarella cheese
* 1/2 cup banana peppers, drained
* 1 1/4 cups pizza sauce

Nacho Recipe Directions

1. Preheat your oven's broiler.
2. Crumble the sausage into a large skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir until no longer pink; drain.
3. Arrange the tortilla chips on a baking sheet. Top with sausage, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, and banana peppers. Place nachos under the preheated broiler until the cheese is melted, 5 to 8 minutes. Serve with pizza sauce for dipping.

* 1 pound ground beef
* 1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
* 3/4 cup water
* 3/4 pound processed cheese, cubed
* 1 tablespoon milk
* 1 (12 ounce) package tortilla chips
* 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
* 1/2 cup chopped fresh tomato
* 1/3 cup chopped green onions

Nacho Recipe Instructions

1. Place ground beef in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain and mix in taco seasoning mix and water. Continue cooking 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
2. Place processed cheese and milk in a small, microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high until melted, 1 to 2 minutes. Stir until blended and smooth.
3. Place tortilla chips on a large, microwave safe dish. Spread with refried beans. Top with beef and cheese and mixtures.
4. Microwave approximately 2 minutes on high, until the cheese has melted into the beef. Top with tomato and green onions. Serve warm.
